The Namyangju Organic and natural Museum, the globe's initial museum committed to the record and development of organic and natural agriculture, opened in September 2011. It is located west of Seoul and within the shores of the River Han.

The museum caters for youthful and aged, it features a timeline of natural and organic farming developments, and there are actually displays of traditional Korean farming practices tied to the 24 seasonal divisions from the 12 months.
